Gradually work your way up to harder tasks and goals as your list grows. Don’t worry about how confident you are as you write your list about accomplishing the harder tasks. Simply write them down. Once you have completed your list begin work on accomplishing those smaller, easier tasks. As you accomplish those small steps, your confidence in your ability to accomplish greater tasks will increase.

Create a vision in your mind of your success, of actually accomplishing your goals. Make the vision detailed; include how you will feel, what will change about your circumstances. When you feel down, pull up that movie reel in your mind. Play it as often as you need. Envisioning success is a key component of increasing confidence help self.

kala q andun n q un pla ala p din..hahaha… hirap kc lumugar dmeng taong nkapaligid sau at hgit s lhat mdme p clang cnsbe… pero ang mssbe q lang "HU CARES" nwei i have my own lyf and my decision.. kaya wla kaung pkialam..hehehe… as of da moment I’m working na ulet pgkatapos ng mhabng panahon hahaha, pero may isang bgay akung nrealizd n hirap tlaga bumenta bwisit… pero prktis lang kailangan ung mdmng mdmng praktis tlga..haaaaaaaaaaaaay…
